Due to the nature of our products, which include hair care, skin care, health care, and natural & organic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of delivered, opened, or used items. However, we do have policies in place to address issues related to damage or quality.

Eligibility for Exchange

Our exchange policy applies only to products that have been reported within the specified timeframe in case of damage or quality issues:

  1. Damaged or Tampered Products: If you receive a damaged or tampered product, or if the product has spilled or leaked during delivery, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Supporting Evidence: Provide supporting images and videos of the damaged product to facilitate a quick resolution.

  4. Request Timeline: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the product delivery date.

  5. Conditions: Products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for an exchange. Nve Pharma is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery due to negligence, improper use, or incorrect application.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at wecare@nvepharma.com with a description of the issue and supporting images or videos.

  2. Secure Packing: Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. Documentation: Include the original invoice or receipt with the product and any other required documents or instructions.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive the product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.

  5. Approval and Replacement: After approval, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. Exchanges will only be provided as per the conditions outlined above.

International Orders & Shipments

We do not offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us at wecare@nvepharma.com within 48 hours of receiving the order for further assistance.
