Shipping Policy
At Nve Pharma, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:
Shipping Details:
- Warehouse Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at House No 992 St No 7 Dashmesh Nagar Gill Road Ludhiana 141003.
- Shipping Days: Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Shipping Hours: Shipments are processed between 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Courier Partners: Some courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the delivery. The OTP will be sent to the phone number provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure you provide this code to the delivery partner upon delivery.
Responsibility:
- Nve Pharma is not liable for any damage that occurs after the delivery of the product.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipping:
- Process: If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact us at wecare@nvepharma.com or call us at 855-705-5391.
- Refunds: Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note. The credit note will be issued within 4-5 business days from the date the cancellation request is processed.
Cancellation Post Shipping:
- Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, it cannot be canceled.
- Refund Policy: We follow a no-refund policy for delivered products. Once a product is delivered, Nve Pharma will not issue a refund.
Order Placement:
- Orders are processed immediately after placement and forwarded to our logistics partners for shipment. Therefore, cancellation is not possible once the order is placed.
- We ensure that each product undergoes a thorough quality assurance process before dispatch to minimize the need for cancellations. In case of any manufacturing errors or issues, please contact our customer care at wecare@nvepharma.com or call 855-705-5391 for assistance.
International Orders & Shipments
International Orders:
- Exchanges & Returns: We do not offer exchanges or returns for orders shipped internationally.
- Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at wecare@nvepharma.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our representative will assist you with the next steps.
Product Sizing:
- For clothing items, if you are uncertain about the size, we recommend purchasing a size larger and verifying the measurement chart before placing your order.
